Frequently Asked Questions

  • You choose the time that works best for you!
    Example: If your event starts at 10 AM, we can deliver around 9:00 AM and pick up around 5:00 PM.
    Rental includes up to 8 hours.

  • Yes! Both our water slides are designed for kids, teens, and adults — just keep total weight under 250 lbs at a time.

  • Our standard rate is $450 for a full-day rental (up to 8 hours).

  • We ask that you measure first! Your rental requires a clean, flat space at least 40 ft x 15 ft.

  • Yes! You can extend your rental time for $50 per additional hour (subject to availability).
    Let us know as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

  • All rentals are for same-day use only. Equipment must be returned or picked up by the same day.

    Overnight rentals are not permitted.

  • Our Weekend Special is $750 and includes 2 full days (Saturday and Sunday).
    We drop off the inflatable on Day 1 and pick it up after Day 2.

  • Safety is our top priority.
    If rain or bad weather is expected:
        •    You can reschedule your rental within 30 days
        •    We do not offer refunds for weather, but we’ll work with you to find a new date.

  • Yes! Every inflatable is fully cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every rental to ensure your family’s safety and fun.

  • Yes! Delivery, setup, cleaning, and takedown are all included in your rental price.
    We’ll handle everything so you can enjoy your event.

  • Yes, all customers are required to sign a liability waiver before the rental begins. This helps protect both parties and ensures safety rules are understood.

  • Each inflatable has its own age and weight guidelines.
    We’ll provide that info before delivery to make sure everyone stays safe and has fun.

  • Yes. We require a valid form of identification on file for the person renting the inflatable.
    This helps us verify booking details and maintain safety standards.

  • Yes, our inflatables are designed to safely accommodate both adults and children together. We require responsible adult supervision and ask all users to follow safety guidelines to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
