1. Age & Use Requirements
• Only participants ages 6 and up are allowed.
• Riders must go down one at a time, feet first, and independently.
• No carrying others, climbing up the slide, flips, or roughhousing.
2. Thrill Slide Disclaimer
• The Superhero Thrill Ride and TikTok Thrill Ride are part of our Thrill Slide collection, designed for a real amusement-park-style drop and splash.
• These slides are not your typical backyard inflatables.
• Renter acknowledges this and assumes responsibility for ensuring that all users follow the rules.
3. Water Level & Supervision Clause
• Splash pool must be filled to the recommended depth of 1.5 to 2 feet.
• Incorrect water level can increase risk of injury.
• Water should only run while in use.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
4. Slippery Surface Warning
• The inside of the pool can become slippery when wet.
• Use caution when entering and exiting the pool area.
5. Injury Waiver / Assumption of Risk
• Use of the Thrill Slides is at your own risk.
• Renter waives all liability from The Dynasty Inflatables for injuries including slips, falls, impact injuries, or any incidents related to improper water levels or unsupervised use.
6. Responsibility for Damages
• Renter is financially responsible for damage caused by improper use or negligence.
• This includes tears, water damage, motor damage, or mold from poor drainage.
7. Confirmation of Instructions
• Renter confirms they have received and will follow the setup guide and safety checklist provided for the Thrill Slides.
8. Emergency Contact Clause
• Any injuries or equipment concerns must be reported to The Dynasty Inflatables immediately.
Rental Policies

Identification + credit/debit card required to reserve — card will not be charged unless damages occur

We do not set up at parks or community centers, per TN law (inside or outside)

You are responsible for measuring your space to ensure the inflatable fits

Adult supervision required at all times — safety is non-negotiable

We do not rent by the hour — you get a full-day experience for one flat rate

All rentals are for same-day use only. Equipment must be returned or picked up by the same day.

Yes! Both our water slides are designed for kids, teens, and adults — just keep total weight under 250 lbs at a time.
We ask that you measure first! Your rental requires a clean, flat space at least 40 ft x 15 ft.

If rain or bad weather is expected:
• You can reschedule your rental within 30 days
• We do not offer refunds for weather, but we’ll work with you to find a new dateNo. Due to Tennessee state law, we do not service parks or community centers, indoors or outdoors.
